The Venue of the Conference

The ELTE Lágymányosi Campus is in Budapest, on the Buda side of the Danube, a few minutes from downtown. Within the campus there are two buildings of the Faculty of Science: the Northern and the Southern Building, 50 meters from each other.

The two buildings offer a wide variety of lecture halls and classrooms of different sizes. 

• The opening ceremony, the plenary lectures and the closing ceremony will be held in the Harmony room, in the Northern Building, where we can seat up to 800 people at a time (and there is a possibility to project the presentations in another room, if necessary).
• The TWG’s will work in smaller rooms in the Northern and in the Southern Building.
• The posters will be presented at the Sphere room, in the Northern Building.

The campus is easily accessible by public transportation, by tramway lines 1, 4 or 6 and by bus 107 (for details and itineraries, see futar.bkk.hu). 
The campus has also excellent, free parking possibilities for about 300 cars.
